项目目标

　　在传统MBA的基础上，上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院 – 法国马赛商学院MBA项目 (以下简称AEMBA) 针对公司两大类紧缺高级人才进行强化培养，以满足中国企业国际化和国际企业本土化的需要。

　　投资与金融方向：在公司资本运作的规模与力度日益加大的今天，每位高级部门经理都必须在熟悉传统业务的同时，了解公司资本运作机制。本方向强化投资和金融相关的管理知识，帮助经理人突破职业进一步提升的瓶颈。

　　全球管理方向：在跨国公司进驻中国的同时，中国企业的国际化步伐也迅速加大。具有国际化视野与战略眼光，谙熟规范化运作，能够胜任在多元文化环境下开拓全球业务的高级管理人才非常稀缺。本方向深入探讨全球商业与经济运作，培养国际项目经理。

　　法国马赛商学院成立于1872年，是法国历史上的第一所商学院，也是法国十大精英商学院之一。商学院获得EQUIS和AMBA国际认证，是国际前80位，欧洲前50位的著名商学院。法国马赛商学院同时获得中国教育部的认可。

　　上海交通大学也是一所著名的百年老校，其前身为创办于1896年的南洋公学。上海交通大学管理学院是国内最早开办管理学科的学院之一。从1996年开始，更名为安泰管理学院。
学院在2001年亚洲地区MBA评比中被列为最佳的25所学校之一。

　　AEMBA项目（Antai - Euromed Marseille MBA）自2003年以来，已经成功地举办四期，共招收学员150多名。他们普遍拥有良好的英文水平，外籍学员的比例为18%，来自大型跨国企业的学员比例占68%。

Program and Degree
学位与学制

　　学制18个月，在职就读，共完成15门课程及一个为期三个月的研究项目。课程教学实行模块式授课，学员在职就读，每个月集中四天（周四至周日）学习一门课，为外省市及海外学生带来便利。学员修完所有课程及论文且考试合格，将获得由马赛商学院颁发的工商管理硕士MBA学位，以及上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院的结业证书。

Admission Criteria
申请条件

录取标准主要基于申请人的工作经验，学术资格。申请人应具备：
1． 大学或以上学历。
2． 三年以上的全职工作经验，大专毕业至少六年以上工作经验。
3． 通过由两校组织的面试及英语考核。IELTS，TOEFL，GMAT达到一定成绩者，可免去英文考核。
4． 强烈的学习动机及努力完成学业的承诺。学员所在单位同意学员每月占用两天工作时间参加学习。

Admission Catalogue for the Fifth Intake (Class '07)

Objectives

In order to meet the critical demand for two kinds of people with advanced talents, Antain College of Economics and Management of Shanghai Jiaotong University and Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management jointly established the AEMBA (Antai Euromed Marseille MBA) program to satisfy the internationalization of local companies as well as the localization of MNCs.

Finance Track: In addition to their functional responsibilities, it is increasingly important for managers to familiarize themselves with the capital structuring of their business. This track helps you to break the bottleneck by emphasizing managerial knowledge on investment and finance.

Global Management Track: Increasing numbers of MNCs are enhancing their operations in China, and the internationalization of Chinese companies is irreversible. Consequently there is a huge demand for senior managers with an international vision, standardized operation skills and market exploration capabilities in this expanding multicultural environment. The AEMBA will provide you with deep insights and skills in how to manage global businesses and their economic operations – insights which are essential for successful international managers.

About School

Established in 1872, Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management was the first business school in France and it is ranked as one of the top ten Grande Ecole de Management. Euromed Marseille is one of an elite group of 50 in Europe and 80 in the world, to be EQUIS and AMBA accredited. Euromed-Marseille is also recognized by the Chinese Ministry of Education.

Shanghai Jiaotong University, formerly the Nanyang Public School founded in 1896, was the first Chinese University to establish a department of management science. In 2006, the department of management science was renamed the Antai College of Economics and Management (AMEC).

Distinguished Feature

Launched in 2003, the Antai - Euromed Marseille MBA (AEMBA) program has enrolled 100 participants over 3 intakes. All participants have a high command of English and among them 25% are international participants and 68% are from MNCs.

After rapid development of their personal careers and having enjoyed a certain level of achievement, business leaders and the middle to high level managers face three challenges: how to grow their international projects how to pro-actively manage an increasingly internationalized team, and how to secure the financial resources to rapidly expand operations.

The AEMBA program provides the appropriate world class solutions and has enjoyed "word of mouth" advocacy from former students.  Increasing numbers of applicants are recommended by alumni.

Step 4: European Study Experience
Three options could be chosen by participants to experience the study and life in Europe:
1. Study in Euromed Marseille for at most three months with no additional tuition fees.
2. Follow one module in one of Euromed Marseille MBA’s strategic partner’s campus, with no additional tuition fee charge. The destination could be: Italy, Morocco, Brazil and India (apply 9 months before the departure).
3. Participate the two-week around BETA (Business Executive Training Abroad) program. On a base of cutting-edge theoretical knowledge, this is a good opportunity to learn about how leading European companies operate. (Additional charge). 
Step 5: International Management Project (Thesis)

Program and Degree

The classroom-workplace format helps you to pursue a graduate management degree without interrupting your career. Modular teaching, concentrates on four full days (from Thursday to Sunday) each month in the delivery of one course. The program lasts for 18 months and participants will take 15 courses and have a 3-month project. Upon completion of the program with a graduation grade, an MBA degree will be granted by the Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management, and a certificate will be issued by ACEM, Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Admission Criteria

Career background and academic qualifications are the two principal criteria for admission. Applicants should have:
1. At least three years full-time work experience
2. A recognized college’s degree. For applicants with a financial profession and business experience and accomplishment, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
3. Pass the interview and English test organized by the two institutions. The English test can be exempted if an acceptable achievement in IELTS, TOEFL or GMAT could be submitted.
4. Strong motivation and commitment for completing the MBA program on a part-time basis is expected. The student’s employer must agree to give two working days off for study in each month.
