Background of website: “CIEOL” is a part of “China Higher Education Student Information Website”(shorten for CHSI ). CHSI is a electrical government platform of Department of College and University Student Affaires, Education Ministry. It is the sole website designated by the Chinese ministry of education for higher education qualification certificates inquires, verifying and management platform, appointed “sunlight Entrance Examination” information platform, appointed system for managing personal information of students who have borrowed national student loan, china postgraduate enrollment and college student honest resume management system. The visitors of CHSI cover more than 95% of entrance examinees, college students and postgraduates in China. The clicks ratio is over 11 billion and their visit is over 18 million. According to Alexa’s statistics, CHSI ranks first among all the educational websites of China.
