鹿特丹管理学院（RSM）有着绵密的校友网络,更与众多荷兰跨国公司之间有联系.一年一度的“校友重聚”（Alumni Reunion），是荷兰鹿特丹管理学院（RSM）相当隆重的一项活动。学校为此进行了相当长时间的准备和策划。2001年共有近150名校友参加校园重聚活动，大部分来自欧洲，也有从遥远的美国和新加坡赶来的。
鹿特丹管理学院（RSM）也是中国优秀学生海外留学向往之地，据荷兰高等教育国际交流协会北京办公室首席代表罗伯特（Robert van Kan）介绍，在过去的15年中，已经有六七十名中国留学生在RSM完成了MBA课程，他们通过自身努力成为中国、荷兰、美国等国的商界精英，目前他们中的50余人已回到中国创业。
教学特色
国际MBA，15个月，每年8月中开学。 涵盖了综合管理的各个方面。第一年学习管理的基础知识（必修），第二年以选修课为主。所有课程都用英语讲授。学员的平均年龄为29岁，平均工作年限为5年半，约95%来自荷兰以外的50多个国家。
